IBC Tote Lid Cover

IBC Tote Lid Cover is specifically designed for use in IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)/Tank applications. IBC Tote Lid Cover is available in vented and non-vented configurations. It is available in glass injected polypropylene materials, and range in various sizes. Mainly for 6”/9” with solid, or with 1 plug or with 2 plugs on it. See more IBC fittings.

IBC Tank Lid Specification

-Wall thickness: 8 mm, as usual, your special requirement is accepted.

-Color: Red, black in stock. Other colors can be customized.

-Type: 6”; 9”; solid, or with 1 plug or with 2 plugs or no plugs just dust cap.

-Gasket: PE gasket ring, black or clear transparent

-Plug thread: 2” NPS or 2” NPT

-Shape: Round, a small (diameter is about 10 mm) vent in the center of the plug For ball valves, we stock a wide range of polypropylene and polyethylene spray tank and IBC tank lid.

-6 1/2” solid, un-vented plugged and vented plugged IBC lids as well as 6” spring-loaded vent lids for spray tanks also accepted.

-Replacement bungs for these lids can be sold separately

-Purposely designed fittings to ensure ease of use and secure operation of the off-loading of IBCs whose valves often use buttress threads

-Vent-O-Cap performs the combined functions of a screw cap, a pressure relief vent, and a vacuum relief vent. Constructed of Black High-Density Polyethylene, AIK Vent-O-Caps are available in 6” and 9” sizes. The Vent-O-Caps are available with EPDM  vent seals or PE clear or clear gaskets.

-Normal packaging: carton package (lined with a polybag), 36 pcs into one carton, carton size: 65*47*31cm, net weight: 18.2kgs, gross weight: 19.2kgs(weights varies as per different IBC tank lids )

-Delivery time: 3-15 days as per quantity. Delivery by sea, air or express agent according to your requirements
