Q1: Are you manufacturer or trader?

We are manufacturer of packaging produts mainly in tinplate and plastic material, and our factory located in Tangshan,Hebei, China.

Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.Most of the samples are FREE. Open new mold products need to pay mold fee.30-100 usd as per new mold structure. Although the samples Express Frieight is on your charge first,it will be deducted the same amount from your first order .

Q3: Can you do the required design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements. We will send you finished files for confirmation first.

Q4: How long can I expect to get the samples?

The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.  You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q5: What about the lead time for mass production?

To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 7-30 days as per different products.

Q6:  Can you offer your all your product price list?

We do not provide a whole product price list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As we know, the price can be effected by several factors, such as material thickness, product shape, size, order quantity, print colors, etc. Also, the material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your requirements and we shall quote specially for you.

Q7: What ‘s your shipping method?

Our global shipping method contains: by sea, by train, by air–DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT ,SF and FedEx, as well as ordinary airmail/ post as usual. For other methods, please confrim with us first before sample sending.

Q8 : What’s your payment terms? 

T/T, L/C, D/P ,D/A  as usual . Paypal,Alipay,Western Union,Moneygram also available.

Q8 : What should I do if i am not satisfied with your goods? 

Sorry for your unsaisfaction. Contact our  after sales teams or your customer representative with the your pictures and test reports. We will confirm the situation. If it is our fault,we will immediately send the same replacment again or refund your money based on your preferences.
