Stickers are classified by material:
- Paper substrate
Paper substrates are divided into: offset paper, coated paper, glass cardboard, laser paper, kraft paper, fluorescent paper, gold-plated paper, aluminum foil paper, fragile (anti-counterfeiting) paper, silver-plated paper, textured paper, cloth label (Thailand) Vic/nylon) paper, pearl paper, sandwich coated paper, variable information paper.
2. Film substrate
The film substrate is divided into: transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), synthetic paper, PS, PE film, etc.
Different printings are available:CMYK,Golden foil,silver foil,embossed,silk screen,UV glossy.
Actually it is composed by four parts.
Exteriorly,the stickers are composed by three parts.The surface material(coating+substrate),the viscose and the bottom paper.
Film-based self-adhesive labels have better anti-corrosion, anti-fouling, acid and alkali properties than paper. The wide application of labels and the continuous development of label varieties naturally promote the development of label printing technology.
